The Greater Hollywood YMCA seeks a full-time experienced Assistant Gymnastics Coach specializing in floor, beam and tumbling to work with compulsory, optional girls’ team, pre-team and recreational classes. Ability to help with boy’s competitive team is a plus. Individual should have the technical knowledge as well as strong spotting skills, have an encouraging and enthusiastic attitude and genuinely love working with children ages 4-9. Applicant should also be motivated to expand the competitive team program and be able to work cooperatively with others in order to build a strong competitive team. Individual must be safety certified and a USA Gymnastics professional member. Individual must strive to meet or exceed goals, deliver a high value experience, model and teach YMCA values, and cultivate relationships. This position will require Monday - Friday evenings from 2pm – 9pm and Saturday mornings. Benefits include free YMCA membership, attractive healthcare and an exceptional retirement plan.

Tumbling Coach with Cheer Experience

Texas Flip Factory is an All-Star Competitive Cheerleading gym located in the heart of Humble, Texas—just 15 minutes from downtown Hous-ton. We are a small gym with this season holding 4 competition cheer teams, 2 competition hip hop teams, 1 show team and 1 parent team. We are currently seeking applications for a cheer/tumbling coach for our upcoming season.

Candidate needs to be strong in coaching both tumbling and cheerlead-ing. Must be able to work with 3-18 year olds and be motivational yet strong. Previous experience is a must. Will be teaching tumbling for levels 1-5.

USASF Coach Credentials or AACCA Certification is beneficial but not necessary.

Our gym is open Monday—Thursday from 5:00-9:00 pm. Candidate will be requested to work most of those hours and maybe required to work as early as 4:00 pm yet may work less, pending class enrollment num-bers. Cheer coaches are required to attend all cheer competitions with the teams.

Pay scale will be based on experience. References requested.
